You can freely manage the training content, i.e. case examples and skill test questions, related to the guidelines distributed for employees. From the guideline card's Training content -tab, you can either add your own case examples or skill test questions and, if you wish, disable some of the template training content in Cyberday.
Also keep in mind that the training content must first be enabled in Organization dashboard -> Settings -> Guidebook settings.
When you invite a new user to Cyberday, you can deselect "Send the email invitation and allow access". In this case, the user will not be notified of the access to Cyberday. This way, you can first make entries and invite others in when a good number of items have already been assigned to them.
To do this, you need to remember to send an invitation later. You'll separate these users from the "Uninvited" stamp in user management, and you'll see a "Send invite email" link on the right.
We aim to help filling in the required documentation at certain points with ready-made options for dropdown fields or other select buttons. Sometimes, however, we don't get completely right from every user's point of view... :)
You can now make your own, local additions or changes to specific selection lists. To do this, admins will see a "Edit values" link that will take you to view for background editing. Depending on the list type, you can either add your own values or edit the names / descriptions of the default options.
Although invited users can use all available languages on the admin side, you can make admin selections on what are the languages the official guidelines in an organization are offered in.
Now users will be notified of this when arriving at Guidebook, so everyone will see the guidelines in the wanted formats.
When creating the order to continue from the free trial period, you can now use credit card or direct debit payments to instantly finalize the payment.
If you'd have use for other payment options, contact us with any wishes at team@cyberday.ai.
If you have published the Privacy notices (or any other) embed report from Cyberday, you can now also fetch the direct link to a selected notice from the admin side.
Navigate to the preview of the embed report and to the correct notice, to see a "Copy direct link" button hovering over the top right corner of the notice.
You can copy the link from here, add it at the end of the page URL where you have published your report, and give this link to e.g. a customer. The embed will be directly opened on the correct notice the customer is looking for.
Certain framework's in Cyberday include some important, even mandatory reports or documentation, which can sometimes be very specific to this framework.
Now the framework page lists this important content on the top right section, which we call "Featured content".
In Cyberday, we try to encourage all items and responsibilities in information security to be clearly assigned for single main user.
Still, sometimes you make a miss-click or just need to revert on something. You will now find an "Unassigned" option an all assignment components.
Now admins and core team members will be able to nicely see a full list of employee skill test results and an individual log of done tests.
We streamlined the risk management table and added an optional "residual risk evaluation".
Enabling this on the setting will bring some additional fieds visible on the risk's documentation card and also add a "Residual risk" column to the table.
These are extensions to ISO 27001, so activating one of these will also activate the ISO 27001: Full -framework.
From the Settings page, you can now enable an advanced priority classicification for your organization's most important data assets (including data systems, datasets, databanks).
This feature classifies assets based on selected numeric values for confidentiality, integrity, availability, and non-repudiation.
From these, their an individual priority value between 0-100 is calculated for each object. If this feature is enabled, the normal Priority value in the tables is replaced by the calculated value.
Now you can add additional participants who're supporting the actual owner of a documentation topic. These can be e.g. other contributors filling the data or someone working as an "administrative" owner of an item - reviewing it to better achieve segregation of duties.
We developed the Excel-export to include all activated data fields in the table - including optional data.
In the future, we will continue the same development with other documentation lists so that it is as easy as possible to export the entire data packages to Excel.
E.g. action process or data bank documentation cards now also display linked data systems, which are connected to these elements via data sets.
This will communicate to the data submitter that these connection are not created directly here, but will be created and displayed later. Likewise, this can help with later data utilization when connections are easier to detect from different views.
